Is there a Diamond Blade that can overcome the many problems associated with cutting the new ranges of hard and thick Gres porcelain tiles?

The answer is yes!
There is now a new range of diamond blades known as DNA made by Montolit Spa.
These new DNA blades represent the most important innovation and genuine technological revolution in the field of
diamond tools since the introduction of laser welding in 1980.
This technological innovation consists of the controlled, three-dimensional mesh distribution of the
granules of diamond contained within the cutting edge of the tools.
With this technology you can have a diamond disk that contains the exact number of diamonds needed,
and put in the best position for cutting a particular material.
The most common feedback that our customers give us is: “With these blades I was able to easily cut
even the most difficult materials that other diamond blades would not cut.”
Sometimes materials such as the last generation glazed porcelain and very hard thick tiles
with an uneven surface caused big problems where even the blade and the material was damaged during the cut.
Now these materials are no problem when using the latest generation Montolit DNA Blades!!
Moreover, DNA blades can last up to 50% more than blades made with traditional technology
and at the same time reduce the cutting time by at least 30%.
My advice is simply to ask those who used them!
